1. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Domestic (Thailand): Estimated delivery 2–5 business days.
- International: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs).
2. Shipping Fees
- Within Thailand: Free shipping for standard delivery, 50 THB for EMS.
- International: Fees are calculated by weight and destination and shown at checkout.
3. Delivery Partners
- We ship via trusted carriers: Thailand Post, DHL.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel ships.
4. Delivery Delays
- Transit times may be affected by weather, customs inspections, peak seasons, or national holidays.
- We’ll notify you of any significant delay and work to resolve it as soon as possible.

5. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
- After review, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
6. Incorrect / Wrong Item
- Received the wrong item, color, or size? Send a photo and your order number within 7 business days.
- We will arrange a free replacement shipment promptly.
7. Address Changes
- Address edits can be requested within 2 hours after placing the order.
- Once shipped, changes are not possible; reship fees may apply if the parcel is returned.
